*All cancellations will be charged a $35 administrative fee per room, per night, up until 7 days before arrival time. Any cancellations made for special events, holidays and packages will be charged a $45 administrative fee per room per night up till 14 days of arrival time. Any cancellation thereafter will be charged the full amount of the stay.
*Early departures will be treated as the full stay and will not be refunded.
*If you are reserving two (2) or more rooms for two (2) or more nights, we do require advance payment to be paid in the form of personal check, money order, or traveler's check, for the full amount of your reservation to be received at least fourteen (14) days before arrival date.

Stays including 2 or more rooms for 2 or more nights must pay by check, cash, or money order in advance.

*Please note: September 4 to November 15, we do not generally rent Saturday nights alone

You may check in anytime between 11a.m. and 4:30 p.m. on your first day. If you plan to arrive close to or after 4:30 p.m., please let us know by 4:00 p.m. at 800-543-5339 or 707-996-5339 so we can make special arrangements to accommodate you.
